Client websites like this one can be used as a portal to house references, documentation, and many other materials administrators find helpful in day to day operations. These simple sites not only act as an online resource library to promote self service, but can be used as a sales extension for the broker. Offering demos, news, and access to information about new or additional products and tools can create tremendous cross-selling opportunities.

Optimizing these sites for service as well as sales adds more value to the client relationship. Your groups want to know that they are being offered the latest and greatest tools and resources available. Upgrades and Updates

Instant Enroll - The carrier forms list now has indicators which allows you to quickly determine the signature status of each form. When setting up employers, a new icon will appear to the left of the carrier names. One of three possible icons will be displayed, indicating that a form: 1. must be signed with a wet signature, 2. has been carrier approved for electronic signature, or 3. has been enabled for electronic signature, but not yet carrier approved. Instructions have been added to the screen for clarification.
