New Humana Texas App

Humana Texas has released a new 2-99 Employee Enrollment form. The old Humana forms will be accepted for your group renewals with a 1/1 effective date only; thereafter, the new form will be required. Humana’s new 2-99 form will replace the following forms for Instant Underwriter and Instant Enroll:

2-50 Employee Enrollment Form
51-99 Employee Enrollment Form

IBN will be making the new Humana Employee Enrollment form available on January 5th. Please have all your old forms completed and printed PRIOR to this date. Once we launch the new form the old forms will no longer be available. In addition you will be required to reassign the new Humana form to your all of the group(s) mentioned above and if applicable request all employees to go through the system to answer any new questions from the new form.

Mini-Web Counter Upgrade

Brokers that have the Mini-Web Counter feature enabled now have the ability to see a summary of statistics for ALL clients. An "All" option has been added in the Client drop down; when this option is selected the summary of statistics is generated for the broker.

Client Websites File Manager Update

The file manager is now accepting Office 2007 files; previously it was only accepting the old Word version.
