Upgrades and Updates
Instant Enroll - In the employee enrollment process, carrier specific questions will now only be displayed based on the coverage assigned. Previously, this was solely based on whatever carrier applications were assigned to the group. Example: If you have not selected dental coverage for a specific group, questions related to that coverage will not appear in the enrollment process, since they are not applicable. Previously, these questions were entirely dependent on whatever carrier was assigned and would ask all the questions, regardless of coverage.
Instant Enroll - The "print label" function now sorts employee names alphabetically, by last name.
Instant Apps - The Forms Library now lists all selected forms that have been added to the Queue in alphabetical order.
Benefits Plus - This update handles the benefits for holidays, vacations, and sick leave a bit differently. The Broker now has the option to have the value of these benefits added to the employee income, or have it left out of the calculation and simply have a description of the benefit displayed. By default, the benefits will not be added to the employee's yearly income. Brokers will have to edit the broker setup for these benefits in order to have the values added to the yearly income.
