Employee Instructions made easier for Instant Enroll
It's because of the wonderful ideas and inspiration that we get from our brokers and their clients that help add to the efficiency of all of our products. Even the most seemingly simple suggestions perpetuate our most consistently asked collective question, "why didn't we think of this before?"
That's why we've added an employee instructions sheet for our online enrollment system into the employer forms library in instantenroll.com. In addition to your group's new hire forms, you can add this instructions sheet to those employers' libraries that also utilize online enrollment.
Just as the other forms whereas information is already pre-printed out for the employee, the instructions will contain directions for using the Instant Enroll system as well as provide their name, user ID, and password setup instructions right onto the form. The "print labels" option is still available for brokers to create labels for employee packets and envelopes, but we would still appreciate even more ideas to help make this implementation even easier.
