The Ultimate Enrollment Platform
Over the years we have been offering our enrollment tools as separate products - Instant Apps, Instant Enroll Fax, and Instant Underwriter. In effect, they are all actually functions within the same system that perform different tasks.
In order to better assist you when offering these enrollment options to your clients, we've decided to simplify its description - presenting it essentially as a single product and distinguish its various features.
That's why we will be transitioning all of our marketing materials to showcase The Ultimate Enrollment Platform - "Instant Enroll". Instead of using all of the different names for each module, they can all be referred to as one enrollment system that offers a wide range of affordable options. Depending on your client's needs, you can 'upgrade' the system in a variety of ways - starting from the most fundamental tool (aka Instant Apps) to more sophisticated solutions such as opening the system up for employees to enroll online and more.
Now, you can assess the needs of your clients and prospects and decisively omit or include whatever degree of the enrollment platform works best for them, presented as a single, easy to use, online enrollment tool. This new approach will provide you with a more dynamic, powerful illustration and can further enable tremendous cross-selling opportunities. If your client decides they want more out of the system, this will seem like an addition or upgrade, rather than making it seem as though they are "switching", or purchasing a different product altogether.
The changes to the marketing materials will include the videos. But don't worry - the different videos will still outline each option independently, allowing you to present the details of each level of service. These videos will more or less remain the same, but reflect the name of "Instant Enroll", serving as different aspects of the same technology. We will also be adding a new video exhibiting the entire enrollment suite as a whole. This video is currently in development and will be released in the Broker Marketing Section as of June 1st. Upgrades and Updates
The CommCenter - The file upload feature to attach files to messages had a previous limit of approximately 5MB, which has been increased to 200MB. This is an enormous amount of file space, so this should certainly allow plenty of space for those rather large PDF packets or other items that are exchanged within the system or files that simply cannot be handled by your regular email server.
Instant Enroll - We have now added an enrollment spreadsheet available in the Employee Manager for exporting basic enrollment information for employees and their dependents. Click here to download a sample spreadsheet for a detailed view of current fields and example data.
