New Marketing Tools

As many of you already know, IBN products allow you to provide value added services and distinguish yourself from the "bottom-line" employee benefits broker through offering innovative technology to your clients and prospects. With your participation and invaluable input, we continue to evolve into an even more robust, versatile broker entity and are growing at a considerable rate to help you corner the market when it comes to new business.

Access to our basic marketing materials provide you with many effective and powerful vehicles to help you present these resources to your clients and and prospects. As we continue to expand in this area, these items can help educate your clients, reflect your professionalism, create more personalized client attention, and even assist you in the consultation of creating tailor-made solutions. New additions include our Client Services Platform. This is a great vehicle to showcase the various tools and services you provide and offers an excellent tactile resource while prospecting. This can be customized to mirror your agency's own website, branded with your logos and individual theme. If you are already familiar with this marketing piece, take a fresh look as we've added samples and other items to the template itself.

Yet another new item is our helpful Broker Marketing Intranet. Specifically designed for your agency, it contains agency-specific sales information for both staff as well as producers, offering two separate views for ease of use. This site can contain fully customized marketing tools as well as pricing guides, custom demos, and any other material that may be of assistance when out in the field.

We also offer assistance in designing custom templates for presentations, newsletters, brochures, flyers, and other documents at a very reasonable rate. If your agency currently holds a Master License for any of our technology tools, we may be able to provide these items to you at no cost. Total Compensation Statements - New Feature!

Previously when setting up the wizard for a new group, plan administrators would enter employee information, rates, and other figures into the system manually.

Now plan administrators have the option to upload a spreadsheet containing the pertinent information and all the data will be loaded into the system at once. It's easy!

1. From the Summary page, choose 'Upload Statements'.
3. Choose 'Get Default Spreadsheet' and fill in applicable information. Simply leave fields blank if they don’t apply.
4. Save the spreadsheet to your hard drive.
5. Then browse your hard drive to obtain saved spreadsheet.
6. Choose upload and generate.
7. Print statements.
