Agency Background

Harris Dean Insurance has been in business since 1980 (twenty-four years), and we employ approximately twenty Kootenai County residents.  We are a dedicated supporter of North Idaho businesses, activities, and organizations.

I have been with Harris Dean for over five years.  I began as an employee in 1999, and for the past year and a half I have been an independent contractor for Harris Dean, owning my own book of business. 

Regarding service staff dedicated to Empire Airlines should we be rewarded your business, as I outline in more detail in the RFP commentary, I will be your primary contact at Harris Dean.  However, also servicing your account will be Sheila Rider (10 years insurance industry experience), and Rita Hamilton (20 years insurance industry experience).  They are both located in our Coeur d’Alene office at 703 Lakeside Avenue.
