As a retiree with HSD, your options are limited for changes. To enroll and remain eligible under this contract as an eligible employee, you must meet all of the requirements on a continuous basis. Please refer to your retiree section of your BCBS Plan or Kaiser Permanente summaries.
Once you retiree, your Plan Administrator from your group will be in contact with you. Because of plan restrictions, you will not be able to make changes under this section online. Any changes to the retiree section will have to be made through your Plan Administrator.
Retiree's and their spouses may stay on the plan until age 65 or Medicare eligible, whichever comes first.
