The Northern Arizona Public Employees Benefit Trust (NAPEBT) was formed in 1993 to see if it was possible to provide a comprehensive and cost-effective benefits package for employees by combining resources and leveraging the buying power of a group of employers.  So far, NAPEBT has been successful in meeting our original goal -  to serve those who serve the public.  The Northern Arizona employers offering benefits through NAPEBT are:
