Montlake Benefit Consulting was founded in 1998 by Dean Waller.

Since graduating from Dartmouth College in 1986, Dean has spent more than 21 years working in the field of employee benefits.  He has built a broad base of knowledge through his experience working with 401K retirement plans as well as group medical plans on both a conventional and self insured basis. This experience along with a determination to seek new ideas within a continually evolving marketplace form the cornerstone of mbc's commitment to it’s clients.
