Incentive Plan Design

Today's employers are looking for ways to increase employee understanding and commitment to the organization. Incentive compensation for all levels of employees is a meaningful way to accomplish that. But, how should it be designed? How can performance actually be measured? How should it be integrated with base pay? This session will explore the principles and methods of delivering effective employee incentive compensation.
