Harassment also comes in many forms other than sexual. This session will cover how to recognize Harassment, how to prevent it and what steps to take if you think it may be occurring.
This workshop will review:
- What behaviors or comments can be defined as Harassment?
- What is the difference between Harassment and Hostile Work Environment?
- What steps must organizations take to stop Harassment?
- What investigation is necessary when a charge of Harassment is made?
- How to advise employees about hostile work environment situations.
This interactive session will give participants a chance to play a Harassment game during which they can experience different harassment scenarios and determine the legality of the actions. The workshop will use real work situations to help attendees improve their understanding and response to this critical employee relations issue.
