Pre-Existing Conditions |
Any disability that is
related to a pre-existing condition which begins
within 12 months after you become insured under the
policy, will not be covered.
A pre-existing condition means any injury or sickness
that you were treated, consulted, or received care for
in the last three months prior to the day you become
insured under the policy. If you have received
care in the three month period, you mush continue 12
months treatment free in order to be treated for that
condition. If you are currently insured with LTD
coverage, you will not have to satisfy this
requirement. |
